This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Dynamic Wheel Group and you, as a user of the Site, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the Site, its content and materials and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws or provisions. Dynamic Wheel Group’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any law or statute to the contrary, and claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Suite must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
